Clarithromycin online
Clarithromycin highly effective in vitro on Legionella pneumophila and Mycroplasma pneumoniae. Effective bactericidal regarding H. pylori, clarithromycin activity is greater at neutral pH than at acidic pH. In vitro and in vivo data demonstrate the high efficiency of clarithromycin on clinically important strains of mycobacteria. Studies in vitro have shown that strains of Enterobacteriaceae and Pseudomonas, as well as Gram-negative bacteria that do not produce lactose sensitive to clarithromycin.
